PALAIOCHORA

At the south of Crete and an hour’s distance from Chania lies one of the most beautiful tourist resorts in the prefecture of Chania, Palaiochora.

A small town of friendly, hospitable folk, dazzling beaches with crystal clear waters and fine back alleys, a coastal street brimmed with life and several restaurants and café bars.

SFAKIA - LOUTRO

If what you’re looking for in vacation is nature, hiking, gorges and swimming in clear waters, then Hora Sfakion is the ideal destination on Crete.

Sfakia are located on the southern part of the Chania prefecture at 75 km from the city of Chania.

When you get there, don’t forget to visit scenic Loutro, built in a bay sheltered from winds, featuring a serene little harbour replete with fantastic restaurants serving local traditional dishes.

SOUGIA

Sougia is a small coastal village, 60 km south of Chania. A fan favourite destination for nature lovers, campers and nudists. The beach is a kilometre long with pretty traditional small taverns.

Many come to camp on the beach that doesn’t miss out on any modern tourist conveniences.

THERISSO

One of Crete’s prettiest mountain villages. To get there one has to cross a dazzling 6 km long gorge. Therisso is a historic village, known for its resistance in the times of Turkish Occupation and is located some 16 km from the city of Chania.

The village features exceptional taverns, renowned for their meat dishes, something that has made it into a popular culinary destination both for locals and visitors.
